1. Create a directory on your harddrive
        at the C:/  prompt type
        MD PROM <enter>   to Make a Directory called PROM
2. Copy files from this floppy to that directory
        COPY A:*.* C:\PROM    <enter>
        
3. To run files, go to the PROM directory from  C:\   type
        CD PROM     Change Directory to Prom

4. Then type the name of the program you wish to use, such as
        MCX    or
        Syntor
5. To use from Windows95, use Window Explorer to
        make a new folder called PROM,
        copy the files from A: into the folder,
        use Start,Setting,Taskbar,Add new programs-to make them easier to find.

Files to test a new bipolar prom programming board - 
TESTINP.EXE   tests input from prom to computer.  Parallel port 1 or 2
TESTADDR.EXE   tests that address lines are getting latched.  Port 1 only
TESTVOLT.EXE  tests that voltages are getting set properly.  Port 1 only
